 Ronald R. Phillips
is the son of Dolly and Leroy Crawford. He was born in 1964 in Lewes
Delaware and is next to the oldest of five. He attended and
graduated from Sussex Central Sr. High School of Georgetown Delaware
in 1982.
A few years after
leaving High School he moved to South Carolina and married
 Dedra S.
Brock of Greenville, South Carolina in 1987. They sensed a dual
calling of God on their life after two years of marriage. They have
been married twenty years now and have five children. He and his wife
attended Southside School of Ministry in Spartanburg South Carolina
to sharpen their skills.
Their primary field of
learning has come by prophetic and apostolic impartation, prayer,
fasting, serving other leaders and on the job training. However they
are currently seeking God to further their ministerial skills.
EDUCATION
1 Corinthians 1:26-28..."For you see your calling, brethren, how
that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty men, not
many noble, are called:
But God has chosen {selected, foreordained in his predetermined
counsel} the {1} foolish things of the world to confound the wise;
and God has chosen the {2} weak things of the world to confound the
things which are mighty: And {3} base things of the world, and
things which are {4} despised, has he chosen, yea, and {5} things
which are not {or nothing}, to bring to nought things that are. 1
Corinthians 1:26-28
Apostle Phillips is a student at
Word Bible Class was founded in Jacksonville,
Florida in August 1995 by Dr. Kim Daniels. Dr. Daniels worked faithfully
under the leadership of Dr. Harold Vick of Jacksonville Theological
Seminary. Graduates of Word Bible College have obtained employment at
agencies such as Children and Families, Gateway Community Services,
Prudential Insurance Company, University Hospital, Healthy Families and many
other counseling and other social services programs. Many supervisory and
managerial positions have been obtained by graduates over these few years.
During it’s fifth year (1999), Word Bible College was accredited by the
National Private School Accreditation Alliance of Atlanta, Georgia as a
class IV Academic Institution.
Did you get that beloved? He has a whole stream of ministry in the
earth that is not defined nor confined to ecclesiastical thinking.
He has anointed the most foolish, weak, base, despised, and that
which is regarded as nothing, that no flesh would glory in his
sight!" They may not fit the bill, and may lack the criteria for
being accepted into the masses, but one thing is for certain,
"The Lord does not call the qualified, but qualifies the called!"
Apostle Phillips
operates in the Word of Wisdom, Knowledge and Discerning of spirits.
Using the measure of grace and faith that God has placed upon their
life many have been saved, filled with the spirit, delivered from
demonic bondage and healed.
Many other signs and
wonders follow their ministry. They are anointed singers, song
writers, composers and teachers of the word of God. Using what they
have God continues to multiply them as they enter their eighth year
of pastoral ministry.
Apostle Ronald Phillips
has founded and Incorporated Phillips Enterprises, Rondeephill
Publishing and has Trademark the Named “Ronald Phillips and New
Vision” as a non profit entertainment singing group. He is a
licensed member of BMI and ASCAP.
Apostle
Phillips has an Associates Degree in Christian Counseling and is
currently studying for a BA in Christian Education.

Apostle's Testimony
He was saved at the
age of sixteen after watching the movie "The Burning Hell". In 1980 he
became a member at Dickerson Chapel AME Zion Church. He then joined Pilgrims
Ministry of Deliverance. At Pilgrims he saw limbs grow out and demons
screaming with loud voices. He was also taught the basics on deliverance and
how to be a man.
He served in P.M.O.D
about two or three years never knowing he was being mentored and
receiving an impartation and a mantle of deliverance from Apostle
Ivory L. Hopkins his Spiritual Father.
In 1983 his brother attempted suicide and was paralyzed from the waist down. He anointed him
with oil and laid hands on him. His brother got saved and God healed him. He got up
walking and praising God.
He didn't catch the
revelation until he was challenged to pray for the demons to come out of a
girl and she went through deliverance. Glory to God!
After that he never
attempted to minister deliverance until 1993, when he was asked to pray for a
crack addict. Two years later, he was ordained as
Pastor and founder.
He and wife started
moving constantly in deliverance and laying hands on people for the
baptism of Holy Ghost. Apostle Phillips knows and understands what
it is like to sit in a ministry and be bound; but loaded with gifts
and talents, he will bring out the best in you!
